I recognize that privacy is very important to our web customers/subscribers.

Please be assured that any information you submit to me will be held in strictest confidence. I do not sell or otherwise release any information regarding my customers/subscribers to any third party.

Orders
 

To order a card click on the Hand Made Cards Menu make your selection and then complete the "Card Personalization Form." You will receive confirmation via e-mail to the address you provided with the order, usually within 24 hours. Also, I will contact you to confirm the details including the price for the handmade card and an indication of the postage and handling costs. Once agreed and I have received your payment the contract becomes effective. I will make your card to your individual specification which will take up to 4 to 5 working days.  Please ensure that all details are correct and clear and that wording is spelt correctly. I am not liable for information that is given incorrectly.

Payment

My prices are in Euros and no other currency is acceptable for payment. I reserve the right to change hand made card prices without notice. This will not affect orders currently in process.

I accept payment by most major credit or debit cards and use Pay Pal services. I never see your personal card details. Please do not enter your card details on the order form or any e-mail you send to me as these are not secure facilities.

IOverseas purchasers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or other charges that apply to their country or state.

Postage and Delivery

You must pay your order in full before I will post the card for you. All cards are mailed using Malta Post. I want your card to be received in perfect condition so they are sealed in plastic and delivered in padded envelopes. However I cannot accept liability for cards being damaged, lost, stolen or delayed whilst in the post. If instructions are given for the card to be sent directly to the recipient they will be sent in a white envelope. Should you wish me to use registered post please let me know when you place the order. Postage and handling queries and payments will be settled once contacted.

Returns & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item please do so within seven working days of receiving the item. It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase, so I will always discuss with you the reason for any dissatisfaction you may have. If I agree to accept the cancellation of your order after it has been sent, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the card to me. Likewise the cost of postage and packing for sending you the card will not be included in any refund I may agree to. When agreed, you will to receive a full refund for a cancelled contract within 30 days. In order for a refund to be given less postage the cards are to be returned in their original condition (sealed).
